Ninja Renner completed her training as a transport services clerk at Deutsche Bahn. After working at LappKabel and Breuninger, she most recently was office manager for a Stuttgart-based tax advisory firm, where she was responsible for data protection, administration and quality management.

Since 2020, she has been the Office Manager at IBAʼ27, where she carries out administrative, organisational and fundraising tasks. She is also involved in all matters relating to data protection.
