Alexa Elsässer loves a challenge. Her professional career has seen her work in marketing/controlling and as an executive assistant in the corporate world, in project work at a design agency and taking on self-employment while raising her family.

Since 2018, she has been part of the IBA team as an Executive Assistant responsible for planning and organisation.
